Week of 9/9 - 9/13

This week I cut out the model of my lip gloss holder in cardboard to make sure that the size for the individual holders was to my liking. After I cut out my initial design of the lip gloss holder, I determined that the sizes of the holes were way too big for a singular lip gloss holder. Because of this, I ended up dividing the large spaces in the holder into smaller ones by adding more dividers. By using six dividers I was able to make 16 holes for the lip glosses to go into. I then created a stand for the holder that allowed me to display the square holder as if it were a diamond. I cut both the stand and the holder in acrylic and assembled the dividers into a grid of 16 squares.
