Week of 10/28 - 11/01

This week I continued work on my lamp. I finished the code and refined some minor issues that I found in the code. I started to design the body of the lamp in Fusion. I want the lamp to have a unique looking base so the base I'm creating is in the shape of a hexagon. I was having difficulty figuring out how I would connect the sides of the box because of the shape I decided to use. Mr. L suggested I 3D print a piece to connect the walls to one another at the base. I designed the base and now I'm brainstorming ways to diffuse the light so that when it is omitted it diffuses the light very far. Along with this, I've designed the PCB for the electronics portion of the lightbox. I haven't printed it out yet because I plan on printing it out once I've finalized my CAD design.
